“After just 6 weeks I no longer get any knee pain during or after running. Having previously experienced some knee pain or stiffness after every long run and pain sufficient to stop training for a couple of days after many speed sessions, this is remarkable. Physiotherapy treatments have given some temporary relief but no other approach has really treated the cause of the problem and given me lasting results. On top of that, the process has been very educational and fun too. I only wish I had done this years ago before all the injuries!”

“I have been without the Achilles pain from very soon after I started with my modified jogging technique. The swelling went down more slowly. It seems obvious to me that the pain has now gone away because I have stopped doing what was causing it (that is, jogging in the way that I did).”
“The process isn’t difficult. I have incorporated the stretching and strengthening exercises into my usual exercise routine. A certain amount of commitment is required as I have found using the new jogging technique so far to be very difficult, and tires me out, so I have only been able to build up distances very slowly.”

“At the beginning of the year I was struggling to run at 5 min km pace. At the last Strider's 10 km race, I ran 47.32. Yesterday I ran out at Bankstown and ran 5km in 22.32. A combination of your information and a semester of Sports Psychology has helped tremendously and I am really enjoying running again.”
“A very big 'thank you'!!”
